QT4-15 Hollow Block Machine adopts an advanced PLC control system, which integrates logic control, production programming, and fault diagnosis. Operators can set machine parameters through the touch screen, achieving efficient and user-friendly operation.
Once set to automatic mode, the whole production process runs smoothly without manual intervention. In manual mode, each button corresponds to a single action, making the machine easy to learn and operate.

Siemens PLC and touch screen are optional for higher-end users. The electrical cabinet uses Schneider breakers and high-quality Chinese components such as Delixi or CHNT,ensuring stable performance and low fault rate. A frequency converter is also installed for electrical safety.
The hydraulic station of QT4-15 uses an 11kW motor, ensuring powerful and stable operation. It is equipped with a Taiwan CYLCA brand proportional electromagnetic valve system, allowing precise control of all machine actions.

The hydraulic oil tank is designed with a water cooling system to effectively reduce oil temperature during long working hours, improving the reliability and lifespan of the hydraulic components.
