For a basic QT4-24 block machine line, around 6 workers are needed: 2 workers manually feed raw materials into the pan mixer and operate it; 1 worker controls the main brick machine; 2 workers transport the finished blocks to the curing area; and 1 worker is responsible for watering the blocks during the curing process.
If the QT4-24 line is equipped with a stacking machine, only 4 workers are required: 1 worker operates a small wheel loader to feed materials into the mixer and control it; 1 worker operates the block machine; 1 worker uses an electric forklift to move blocks to the curing area; and 1 worker handles curing and watering.
