Once set to automatic mode, the whole production process runs smoothly without manual intervention. In manual mode, each button corresponds to a single action, making the machine easy to learn and operate. Siemens PLC and touch screen are optional for higher-end users. The electrical cabinet uses Schneider breakers and high-quality Chinese components such as Delixi or CHNT,ensuring stable performance and low fault rate. A frequency converter is also installed for electrical safety.
The hydraulic station of QT4-15 uses an 11kW motor, ensuring powerful and stable operation. It is equipped with a Taiwan CYLCA brand proportional electromagnetic valve system, allowing precise control of all machine actions.
The hydraulic oil tank is designed with a water cooling system to effectively reduce oil temperature during long working hours, improving the reliability and lifespan of the hydraulic components.
